WASHINGTON — U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue on March 13 announced a new campaign to push men and women toward generating healthier meals alternatives.

Developing on the current My Plate system, the U.S. Division of Agriculture has launched Get started Easy with MyPlate, a new initiative that will give suggestions on generating healthier alternatives for the 5 key meals groups.

“The objective of this campaign is to give uncomplicated factors you can do to increase day-to-day meals alternatives,” Mr. Perdue mentioned. “The MyPlate group will give tips and inspirations that we can very easily incorporate into our busy lives.”
