The DOL reported:
In the week ending March 16, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 221,00, a lower of 9,00 from the preceding week’s revised level. The preceding week’s level was revised up by 1,00 from 229,00 to 230,00. The four-week moving typical was 225,00, an boost of 1,00 from the preceding week’s revised typical. The preceding week’s typical was revised up by 250 from 223,750 to 224,00.
The preceding week was revised up.
